Special assessment of working conditions

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, JSC “MAGE” regularly conducts a special assessment of working conditions (СОУТ) for its employees at their workplaces in the company's offices and on its vessels.
The complex of measures to identify harmful and dangerous factors in the production environment and the work process includes measurements of the content of harmful substances in the air of the work area, acoustic parameters, microclimate, and light environment, as well as an assessment of the severity and intensity of the work process. All collected measurement results are transferred to the Testing Laboratory for subsequent processing and analysis. 
Based on the results of the conducted research, a report is compiled and a list of recommended measures is developed to improve the working conditions for individual employees who are exposed to potentially harmful conditions. This set of measures allows JSC “MAGE” to create comfortable working conditions for its employees, which in turn increases their productivity and reduces fatigue.
